Sparkle & Shine Services LLC ("we") sends appointment confirmation and reminder text messages to customers who have agreed to receive them.

• Program: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies about your cleaning service. No marketing messages.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies with your appointment schedule.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive a final confirmation and no further texts.
• Help: Reply HELP, call (443) 786-0720, or email kate@sparkleandshinemd.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cleaning services

Appointments are scheduled by agreement between you and Sparkle & Shine Services LLC. Please give us notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to others. Service details, pricing, and any cancellation terms are confirmed with you directly.
